pregnant again and not looking forward to parents disappointment again

hi everyone i have just found out im pregnant again and don't know how to tell my parents my daughter is nearly two this baby will be due when shes two and a half, its the same father of my daughter, we live together and are financially independent just dreading telling them as i know they will be so disappointed and say we are to young for two fob wants to wait for the first scan to tell them xx

I'm not in this situation so I dont really have much advice to offer, sorry. But I'm sure they will love this grandchild just as much as they love their first. If you're financially independent then surely they cant be too disappointed as you can obviously do it all on your own? They should be proud of your achievements

You sound like you're in a good position! If your OH wants to wait until then, I think that's a good idea

thank you i know i shouldn't worry about what they think or say i just dont want the stress of knowing they are disappointed again and the unsupported feeling i guess i have a few months to wait yet xx

I was in your position my son was almost 3 when I found out I was pregnant and I was stressing and worrying about telling them but I just told them they wernt disapointed they just said it will be hard but you have brought hayden up you can do it again they said they would never question my parenting skills just they knoe it will be tiring and stressfull at times and I'm finding it okaii atm but then my lil girl is only 3 days haha but hayden helps loads with getting her nappies and socks and clothes out draw haha xx hope all goes well when you tell them xx

i know its going to be tough im going to be tired with a toddler and a baby, i just hope they are supportive i know my oh parents will be excited its just mine lol but they have always said how well we have done i just know that age is a big thing to them but for now im not going to stress i will tell them in a few months if they dont guess before then! x
