Pregnant and breastfeeding

Hi ladies! I was wondering if anyone nursed a toddler while pregnant? I am currently 11 weeks and my daughter is 22 months she is down to nursing just for nap and bedtime. I have been very sick with this pregnancy since 6 1/2 weeks pregnant. Doctors have me on zofran every four hours raglan and diclegis. I can't keep down my prenatal vitamins or any foods besides cereal with milk and a bagel. I been sipping water and living on tums. My question is any moms had the same issues and come out to have a healthy pregnancy? Also is it okay to nurse my daughter still? My obgyn knows that I'm nursing and hasn't told me to stop and she hasn't told me that any of the meds I'm on would harm her. But I'm just looking for some advice from others! Thanks

I am 34 weeks and some change and nursing DS to sleep as I type this. I didlose my milk around 16-18 weeks, dry nursed through to colostrum at about 24 weeks. It is tough some nights due to senstive nipples, but we have made it this far
