I'm only 4-6 weeks as far as I can tell. I never had a ppaf so I am hoping to get in for a dating scan soon. Anyway, my 6 month old is excluisvely BF and he is not latching well and not nursing well. He will nurse for maybe 5 minutes. He used to be on my breast all day long for 10-25 minutes every couple-few hours. The last few days its all I can do to get him to empty my breast before his naps. He was up all night last night hungry, but cranky at me.
Is he tasting something different that he doesn't like? Is there anything I can do, eat, drink, supplement with to help him? I'm not ready to be done, I would like to get to a year at the very least, but my plan as long as he would tolerate was to breastfeed and pump all the way through my pregnancy and tandem nurse him and the new baby. He will only be 15 months when the baby comes along.

No personal experience but I have heard countless testaments that pg changes the way breast milk tastes.
Have you introduced solids yet? If you feel he is not drinking enough from the breast you could offer him some puree
Someone on here might have better advice re: something to change the taste, or have a look on a search engine.

But the hormones for sure change the way milk tastes. Hope this helps
