Im 28 weeks pregnant with my first. I plan to deliever naturally, any advice ?

~ Stay on your feet as much as possible
~ When a contraction comes that is intense/painful, think of them in a positive light, that you're getting one step (or one contraction) closer to your baby
~ Breath, nice long breaths
~ Don't tense up in a contraction, try to sway or move if you can
~ Remember that the pain or intensity of contractions are for a reason. They are there to help your body move to aid in better positioning for your baby's arrival

Get a midwife and plan to birth at home...hospitals generally = interventions.

Stay hydrated. A dehydrated uterus contracts more painfully.
LONG, DEEP breaths - lots of oxygen for your baby and your uterus, also REALLY helps with coping.
Try different positions and choopse the comfiest one - generally seaking being on your back increases your risk of tearing and a distressed baby.
~~***LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!***~~

The number one thing, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!

Know you can do it, and you will ;) Also what the other girls have said!
