Preimplantation genetic diagnosis anyone?

I have my first appointment in 2 weeks for pgd with icsi. Im just wondering if anyone has ever been through this or is currently doing a cycle.
Hopefully we get approval for nhs funding and will be cycling with Guys in London.
Any info/advice would be fab
