We've been TTC for 13 cycles now...

Off and on I have been taking prenatal vitamins, but is there a limit to how long I should take them? Most things I read say 3 months before trying to conceive, but can it harm anything to take them for an extended amount if it's taking us a while to get our :bfp:? Just curious if anyone has any advice or insight on this....

Also, can anyone recommend any supplements/herbs to help with possible blocked/scarred tubes?? :help:](*,)

:winkwink: Thank you ladies!

My OBGYN says to take Prenatals the entire time you are TTC.

Take serrapeptase and cinnamon poria for your tubes. And do castor oil packs on your lower abdomen. I had two blocked tubes and managed to open one.

Thank you so much!! I looked today for cinnamon poria in the supplement section at our local grocery and didn't find it anywhere. Is there a specific brand that you would recommend?! Thanks for the response :)

I ordered mine online from radiantwonder.com They have great counselors that can help you.

prenatals are great! I took them even when not TTC. They have extra stuff in them that is good for women, will not cause harm. (only concern could be too much iron)

Get a piece of flannel or a square cut out of an old t-shirt. Pour some castor in your hands and massage into the lower part of your abdomen. Place the flannel/tshirt over the castor oil, place a heat pad on top of that and lay down for a hour. Do this CD3 until you get a positive OPK. It also helps with cysts and fibroids.
