Prenatal vitamins for TTC

So I ordered Mega Food Baby and Me prenatal vitamins. It says to take 4 a day. If TTC do you still take the recommended dose? I've taken just generic prenatal before but I made the switch to a whole food vit instead, I don't want to waste them to only feel sick...

Yep, same dose. Prenatal vitamins made me sick when I was preggo though so I was only taking folic acid.
