prenatals make me constipated :(

Why?! I stopped for a month due to not having them and then started them back up and I'm having issues not being able to go anyone have suggestions?

Lots and lots of fiber.

My friend also swears by Omega oils when she is blocked up. She takes two capsules in the morning and by the afternoon she is good to go!

It could be that the prenatals you are taking have iron in. Too much iron can lead to constipation. Fibrogel is really good at helping to go to the loo and maybe try and swap prenatals for ones with less iron.
