Hey All!
Is anyone doing anything in particular to prepare their body/life for pregnancy? Personally, I've been taking prenatal vitamins and cutting down on my caffeine. What're some things you've been doing?
 
Hey Mamana,

I have been taking a prenatal vitamin, sleeping enough, and taking it easy. I used to be really high-strung! But I realize if i want a baby I gotta chill! Thinking of picking up yoga. When I went through my mother-baby clinical rotation I had to research the effects of yoga on pregnancy and I have to say, sounds like the best thing for a baby and healthy pregnancy! Baby dust to you!!
