present ideas for a 4month old

last year leyla was 11 months so we didnt have much trouble buying her stuff but this year the baby will only be 4 months so its a bit more difficult buying stuff for her, what types of stuff can i buy for her?

My little boy will be about 3 months come christmas time and I'm in the same boat. There are the usual gifts like rattles and soft books and such, but I don't want to get him them as he has loads passed down from his sister!!!

Then I will be getting some clothes to wrap up for him, but toys wise so far I got him a musical TV from BnM's for £5 - the ones you wind up and then a picture scrolls across the screen with music.

see thats my problem aswell, all stuff like that we already have cos of leyla so i dont really wanna chuck them and buy new for this yr lol, seems so wasteful, theres really not much she doesnt have
