Pressure in the lower abdomen at 14 weeks????

Hi ladies.....the past few days I have been feeling this pressure on my lower abdomen and I am a bit confused because I don't remember feeling this with my other children. It's bad in the morning and at night.....anyone else experienced this or are experiencing it? It's quite uncomfortable. It almost feels like mild contractions.

I started having that at 10+3, my OB sent me for a scan to check my cervical length since I have a history of surgery and am high risk for incompetent cervix. All was well. But he said with each pregnancy it gets worse. I never had it with my past pregnancies until almost time to deliver. But he said some women even describe as feeling like something is falling out of them. That's how bad my pressure was. But he said it's completely normal.

I'm 14 weeks and have had this for the past couple of weeks.. This is my 4th pregnancy. I've never had it with my others until right at the end!! I'm worried .. Hope it's nothing !
