Preterm contractions

I was just wondering if having preterm contractions in a previous pregnancy would make others considered high risk. I had really painful preterm contractions from 34 weeks with my daughter. The doctor put me on bedrest until my c section at 39 weeks. I wasnt really told much other than that she was breech and I was starting to dilate at 34 weeks and she was just too little to have that early.
