Pretty severe cramping, 4 weeks & 2nd pregnancy..

I am just over 4 weeks pregnant (2 & a bit past conception) & had these really horrendous pains yesterday that lasted for almost 2 hours. I never had any bad pains or cramping with my first at all, so am a little worried what it might be? I only got my bfp on Monday.

There was no bleeding at all, it felt like sharp pains & period cramping x 50! I ended up sitting in the bath for a bit & it got better, but had to call hubby home as my 16 month old kept wanting to hit me & I couldn't deal with it lol!

Has anyone else had this, could it just be really strong implantation cramping? It hasn't come back today apart from a very, very dull ache (which is what I experienced with ds1). Thanks! x

I had terrible cramping this time this time around.
I didnt test until I was nearly 2 weeks late as its not unusual for me to be a week late...I just figured the bad cramping was because I was late.
It was so much worse than period cramps but didnt think anything of it!
As long as your not bleeding it will just be bubs just getting comfy x
