Prickly-itchiness before bed

I'm not sure if s pregnancy thing or an anxiety thing but for the past month or so I getvthiese weird sensations before I fall asleep. Like it only happens when I'm laying in bed falling asleep. It's not so much an itch or pain but like little spots of irritation. Like I'm being poked with something sharp. It's never in the same spot either. It's just odd. Anyone ever have this? Or am I crazy?

Is it maybe like restless legs syndrome?
