I seem to be unable to find a working strategy to make mine eat vegetables. The only bit of success is with red pepper but the quantities are negligible... Did you discover the magic formula? Should I throw everything else out of the kitchen and only keep vegetables for a month?

What I find it is working very well with my kids is the power of example. I am eating vegetables myself while I am feeding them. Kids tend to copy their parents.

In addition you can tell them some funny stories about vegetables and why show they eat them.

Good Luck!!!

I got my friend to eat veggies by cooking them and then pureeing them into other foods, like lasagne or a pasta.

I have always loved vegetables.. but for my brother, my mom had to creatively hide them in his food, like celine said.. she would puree veggies and add them to tomato sauce and stuff.

Also "no dessert if you don't eat your vegetables" and (for me only :() "you're going to your room if you don't finish everything on your plate" lol.

The show "Fixing Dinner" has a lot of interesting recipes/good ideas usually..

My LO always loved veggies then all of a sudden stopped i tried everything to get her to eat them, in the end i stopped trying and just put them on her plate every night and didnt make a fuss when she left them on her plate and gradually over a few months started eating them again!
