Argh, I really need to start being more careful.
Anyways, last Saturday (1/11), I had sex with OH. We were both a bit drunk, used withdrawal but I doubt he withdrew in time, and I didn't get up or anything afterwards, just fell asleep. Period was 24/10 and finished 30/10, so I know we didn't do it when I was O'ing. Been feeling really weird the past few days, totally gone off food, woke up this morning totally nasally congested (probably completely irrelevant haha), felt sick all day but managed to eat and fell asleep by half 9 last night. Half 9!
Anyway, I'm probably just being silly and worrying because had so many scares before but I'm a bit worried. Should I be? Period is due 25th of this month so I'm just gonna wait. CM has been weird this week, too, been loads more of it. Dunno if that has anything to do with anything...

Well, there's always a chance you ovulated early....

I doubt you are,it really is a slim chance but as long as there is a chance,the best thing would be to get tested.
Wait till 25th.

Always best to use something hun or your going to get 'caught out' one time and if your not planning a baby then your gunna have alot of hard decisions to make, trust me!
I really doubt you'd be pregnant as you've had a period since. Sometimes your body just convinces itself that its pregnant when your not and you could really think you are but thats just your hormones and your body playing tricks! Iv had a pregnancy scare before and could of sworn I was but i wasnt. But the time Im actually pregnant I had no symptoms or signs atall.
Just try not to stress about anything cos that really can delay your period. Wait untill your due on and do a test.

So soon after your period! It is likely you could be prego, but you weren't ovulating then. Still, I've heard girls are pretty fertile after the period.

I wasn't trying to be rude or anything. It just seems silly to me that if you're worried about becoming pregnant and you've had scares before...then why not take the 5 seconds to put a condom on - drunk or not?

As for advice, I'd do what the other ladies above had said. Wait until the day of your period and test. If negative, then think about maybe getting on birth control so you don't have any more scares?

We just know how it feels like (being pregnant) and we just sort of automatically want other people to do the right thing(protection) before they end up a teen parent.

Are you on BCP or anything like that?

a friend of mine used withdrawl for years without getting pregnant...another used it once, stood up, jumped around (she was stupid enough to think by doing this the sperm couldnt swim up to her cervix!) and found herself pregnant! Be careful hun xx

Yeah my best friend fell pregnant by just literally 'sitting' on him for 2 minutes, not even precum..6 weeks later there's two lines on the test lol x

Also has your OH been tested etc, if you plan on going on BCP and stop using condoms, make sure he has been or gets tested.

Okay, I'll just tell you my story.. not to scare you but to make you aware of what can happen

I was on birth control but I had switched types and my first period on this new type went from June 1 - June 20! (the last few days were very light and barely there, but still there enough to keep me from having sex, worrying about the mess lol). So on June 28th when I went out for my friend's birthday and my boyfriend came.. I figured there was no way, still being on the pill, that I could get pregnant, and since I was out I switched from my giant purse to a little clutch and didn't put any condoms in it (I figured my boyfriend would have some if the need arose anyway), but he didn't, we did it, and now we're having a baby

The only thing I can think of is that I took antibiotics that ended June 5. My doctor didn't warn me and neither did the pharmacist so I didn't worry about it, especially since I took the pill uninterrupted for so many days afterward. Keeping in mind that this was literally only the 3rd time we didn't use the condom or "withdrawl method", I figured there was absolutely no possibility I'd get pregnant. But I still am. Never say never I guess, I really suggest that you start on the pill, and if you're worried you won't take it reliably go for the needle, since you said you're not ready yet for a baby.
