Hi guys in need of some desperate advice so I can stop this stressing! I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my first child, I have been working full time for exactly 6 months with my current employer, it has been a rough road these past 6 months, I have not been trained correctly by my immediate manager, an have been left very confused an stressed during this time, I have even had to make a formal complaint to the general manager of the conpany re workplace harassment an sexual harassment. After all this came to head the general manager sent me up to do 3 days training to try make up for what I've missed out on, usually everyone else gets 3 weeks. Anyway, the general manager has decided to extend my probationary period for another 3 months (9months in total) due to the lack Training that was provided and what I've been through. I understand this how ever I am very concerned that once they find out I'm pregnant they will find a way to cease my employment after the new probationary period is over in 3 months time, I didn't have an letters at the start of employment stating there could be a chane my probationary period could be extended..
