Hi
Has anyone experienced depression from taking agnus castus? I am on my third AC cycle and although I am sure it has helped with ov (not tested but really got all the signs last month) and less pre-AF spotting etc. I have had the absolute WORST PMT the last couple of months. It seemed to start a good week before AF and lasted right through it. I know AC is recommended to help with PMT symptoms so I find it hard to believe that it could cause this but it's the only thing that has changed recently as far as I can recall. It may not be the AC as I have suffered from depression before but a very long time ago. I'm tempted to stop taking it and see what happens but on the other hand it seems to be working for me and I don't want to waste time if it's not that which is causing the depression. Just wondered if anyone else had come across this!?
