Problems with lh surge on clear blue and ic opk

I am currently on my 4th month ttc #1. I have started temping but I feel my chart is all over the place and it's displaying a very hilly pattern.

I've also been using ic opks so that I can follow the progression. I am currently on cd 19 and usually ovulate between cd 20 or 21. The ic opk has been getting dark but not as dark as the control line. I decided to try a digital opk that I had laying around and nothing appeared. No peak or high fertility 😞 usually I have a flashing smiley by now.

Has this ever happened to anyone? I am afraid I may not be ovulating 😞
