hey ladies ! Been so long sense I have been on , really haven't had anything to ask or talk about . But I'm struggling and need some advice . I haven't had my cycle in about two years , yes I am overweight and I know it has a big impact on my pcos and my cycles . And I'm starting my weightloss journey so I can successfully get pregnant naturally and without meds . But I've been taking natural vitamins such as myo inositol vitex macca and of course prenatal viTamins . I was reading up on natural progesterone cream because I know that's what my body is lacking . So I watched a video of a lady who talked about pcos and progesterone cream ( emerita pro-Gest ) and she talks about to mimic a cycle to trick your body into doing what it needs to do , so I made up my own cycle and it says to start on cd12-cd26 and if a cycle don't come then to start again next cycle . Well it was maybe 5 days before I stopped the progesterone cream I started to get this very itchy bumpy rash on my lower bulge on my belly and the top and inner thighs , I've been putting cortisone cream on it for itching but it hasn't gone away .... I was having weird symptoms that I thought might be pregnancy symptoms and I've heard in pregnancy u can get almost like a heat rash ... So I took a hpt and it was a bfn . So idk what this rash is and if it's from the progesterone , I haven't used it sense cd26 which was 8 days ago
