Progesterone cream strong enough to cause tri chart?

I'm only taking half the dose i'm suppose to (1/2 tsp per day), is that strong enough to cause my chart to go triphasic?? I'm 12 dpo and af is due tomorrow, i have no symptoms of her & i am testing negative on my ic's

BUMP.. yes i've been testing my heart out and not getting anything.

i have stopped the cream and my temps are still high and still no period. someone help me!

Ive done some reserch and found that you stop the cream 14 days after Ovulation and your AF should start in a day or two if your not pregnant.
