Progesterone level ranges for luteal phase

I just got back from my doctors with my blood test results for hormone levels and thought I would share the progesterone ranges and other hormone ranges that plays an important role in the cycle. it all depends on what day of cycle you are..as i was 7dpo my progesterone and oestradiol should be high and FSH and LH should be low.

For Luteal phase:

Progesterone between 12nmol/L - 90nmol/L but anything over 12 means you ovulated.
Oestradiol between 180pmol/L - 840pmol/L
FSH between 1 - 10 U/L
LH between 1 - 9 U/L

I got my bw done cd 21 ands my progesterone is like .5 I know this will probably mean I am not ovulating... What is the reason for your bw?

Oh no that sucks i spot upto a week before AF and have irregular cycles. My prog level was 22 so I ovulated but it's still on low side which I think causes me to spot. I'm going to see a fertility specialist soon.
