Protein in urine

So I have kidney disease AND high blood pressure oh as well as thyroid disease. As high risk I already am I have added protein to my urine. It's been there since April, so well before I was pregnant. Just wondering if anyone has also gone through this? What was the outcome?

I'm scared and nervous and the doctors all seem to tell me how wrong everything can go instead of how right everything can go
