Like some of the other ladies said drink lots and lots of water. I haven't suffered constipation and I think its because all I want to do is drink water. However I have IBS so I have dealt with constipation in the past. Try blueberries, avocados, a cup of coffee, a cup of hot green tea, dr pepper. However since it has been 6 days I wouldn't wait much longer before contacting your OB/GYN. They at the very least could give you something that will help you go, that wont hurt the baby.
