So, I've started potty training my son since Christmas since he got his potty. Things have been going good, I'm not always catching when he has to go, he tells me he's "all done" after he's been on there for a while, he gets a reward and cheers when he goes but he's still very young so it's been a long process. Haha.

However, this isn't where I'm having the problem. He's got him Pampers Thomas pull ups because its easier for me than fighting with putting his diaper on every time afterwards and him wanting to run away and do whatever.

He broke out in a rash around his waist area, I noticed it at bath time one day, stopped using, put lotion on it. Waited about two weeks before we went out and for a different brand of pull ups.

We got Earth's Best this time, I noticed at bath time he had another little rash on his hip behind just above his butt.

I told his dad, and he said maybe they're too tight. They're not, he has plenty of room to pull into him yet.

Normal use of diapers, use both Pampers and Earth's Best diapers. Used to use Honest Company, Babyganics, and Buggies. Aside from blow outs from Huggies and Pampers they were alright. But most of the time we used the Honest Company diapers.

Do you think I should go get Honest Company pull ups? ( He spent most of his time in those diapers compared to any other brand. ) or look into doing cloth pull ups? At least I'm pretty sure I've seen them around.

Or any other ideas would be great, MIL has already suggested contacting the companies because this is the second time around this has happened.

I'm not a fan of pull ups as I found they didn't help potty training at all and every brand seemed to give Amelia some kind of irritation

That sucks it happened to her too! Man, my son will only be going on two in April, so that's why pull-ups and that like are handy for me. XD He's interested, just really hard to catch him because we're still working on the sign language for potty time.

I've been looking into cloth training pants for him atm. I think we may be going with them depending on how they look in store. :\
