So I weighed myself 3days ago and I had put on 3lb. I weighed myself just now and I've lost 6lb? 6lb in 3 days can't be healthy surely? I'm not overweight or anything?
I think it depends on when you weigh yourself, if you have had a big meal, a big poo or such. I always weigh myself in the morning after a wee. That way I know if I have actually gained weight, or if it was the big huge meal I had earlier in the day.
Saw a doctor because I lost another lb since yesterday so that's half a stone. Shes put me on a stupid diet of no dairy, nothing that takes long to digest and 1/4 of a glass of water every hour! Pft, I'll give it a try lol
