putting old threads into new!

so this may not be explained well but i'll try as i'm not very technical lol!

i was just linking my old posts in our parenting journal and rather than coming up with the name of the post as always its just coming up with the url:

e.g https://www.babyandbump.com/parenting-journals/87759-my-princess-me-18.html

any ideas oh technical ones??
