I just had mine done this Friday and waiting for the results either Monday or Tuesday. I am trying not to worry but it is so hard. I really just hope to have good news soon:). It is our first baby and I am almost 38 years old. I am sure there are a lots of other ladies in this forum going thru the same fear. God bless us all with healthy babies.

Try and relax and enjoy the weekend and best wishes for some good news!

Did you do bloods/NT at 12 wks? My consultant did (and my results for 43 were excellent), but she recommended that we NOT do the quad screening as would give us probable 'false positive' when looked at with 12 wk scan, and as we would do an amnio if anything wrong, we decided not to go ahead with quad screening; she did a very detailed 16 wks scan and we're hopeful all is well.

e.g. our bloods/scan showed DS from 1/27 to 1/165 and other 1/40 to 1/955 and NT was 1.43, so we didn't do cvs, and now, based on 16 wk scan, all seems ok.

best wishes

My doc didn't do a 12 week U/S but did do the Quad screening, and I had that test done about 2 weeks ago but haven't heard anything yet on the results.

I go for my gender U/S tomorrow morning so hopefully they will tell me then.

Hope we all get good results! :hugs:

I hope all is well! (I just re-read my comment and I hope I didn't worry you!)

best wishes

My doc told me today that my Quad screening results came back negative? He said there is no risk. Those were his exact words, he didn't give me any numbers or anything.
