Question about bugaboo car seat usage!

Hi all! Sorry to gate crash your forum, but wondered if anyone can help? Our pram arrived today along with carseat adaptors...had a play and it's really hard to remove the adaptors from the pebble car seat?? It seems really stiff and took a lot of jiggling about?

Had a look on the bugaboo website and it says the adaptors are compatible with the pebble, eventhough the packaging of the adaptors doesn't list the Pebble as compatible ?!

Anyone else had this? X

hey not sure wat car seat i got other than its a maxi cosi. My adaptors just click into my frame and then u push the white button in just from the outside to un click them..... I know to start with it was tricky to get used to and also the adaptors fit like the opposite way round to wat u'd naturall think if that makes sense..... I just know its all fitted right once its clicked. Sorry if that dont help but hope it does to start with i found my bugaboo quite complicated but once u get used to it, its the best thing ever, well worth every penny xx

Yeh the left and right thing confused me until I realised it meant baby 's left and right, not mine!! It's definitely clicking into place - the adapters click on to the chassis really easily but the car seat needs a real push to click on - and is then near on impossible to remove? I'm pressing the grey buttons on the actual carseat as instructed, I can even hear it release, but then it takes a lot of strength and wiggling to remove it. Very annoying. The actual pram is a dream. Might get mothercare to try it for me or try a different set of adapters... Thanks for replying xx

bumping to see if anyone else has used the pebble with the bugaboo and had issues with the adapters? Wondering whether to try a different set of adapters before changing the carseat completely....xx

sounds like something is not right, especially if the pebble is not listed on the packaging.
maybe look on line and see if they are the right adapters or if there is another set for your pram.
i am getting oyster with pebble car seat and that was really easy when i was playing, not that i am wanting to take the adapters out, the lady in the shop said i can leave them in when the car seat is on the base which will be great as i know i will loose them
