Question about EPO!!

I have been taking EPO this cycle to increase my ewcm as I have never noticed having it before. The EPO definitely worked as this is the first cycle that I actually noticed any and I had it for 2-3 days . Anyways my question is, if you only take it from AF to O (like you're supposed to when ttc) will it help with pms symptoms still?? I always have cramps leading up to AF,and horrible ones the day of, but haven't noticed any yet. I read somewhere that it won't help as much for PMS if its only takes AF to O. Did it help with anyone's pms taking it this way???

When I did my research, I did read that it is not proven that EPO can help with PMS symptoms, but that some women have reviewed that it does help them with their PMS. I am barely on my 5th day of taking it so IDK yet.
