Question about EWCM

Hi guys,

I have a questions about CM. Firstly, my cycles average 29 days but last cycle was 33 days long. For some reason I was several days late. My husband and I BD'd the day after AF stopped. The day after that, I had considerable EWCM. I normally don't have EWCM.. even the cycle I conceived my son, I do not remember any. I'm always on the look out for it.. Is it weird that I have it so early in my cycle? Does this mean I could be ovulating early? I am not supposed to be ovulating until this coming weekend.

Oh yeah, let me also add that along with the EWCM there was a tad bit of bright red spotting, streaked in the CM. My period was definitely over and two days after all the old (brown) blood came out. Is it possible to have bright red blood again? So weird..
