Question about hormone levels?

Hi guys, newbie here So I'm kind of freaking out over whether I may be infertile or not. I've never actually tried to conceive but now have reason to believe I won't be able to (which is horrible news since i've always wanted and planned on having a family in the future). So I went through the process of becoming a potential egg donor and was tested for everything. I ended up getting rejected due to low AMH levels. They didn't explain anything to me so I'd like to understand my results better. I have no idea what any of these numbers mean and would looove it if someone could explain them to me. I'm really wondering if I'm infertile and due to my current health insurance situation, I won't be able to go see the gyno for another couple months. But i really don't wanna drive myself nuts til then, especially since I've already shed some tears. So I'd really appreciate some enlightenment as to what these mean...

I'm 22 years old btw and on birth control (Diane35).

AMH: 0.68
FSH: 6.2
LH: 0.1
AFC: 9 (rt ovary 6, left ovary 3)

What are my chances of conceiving? Are there treatments available for my problems?

Oh sweetie, that is just deverstating news. I no u said that ur cnt c a gyno for a few months yet but is there anyway u can c one sooner?

R u currently with a partner nd wanting to start a family? If so u need to get onto it now darling. There is things u can take to help LR, which is DHEA but once under a fertility specialist they may sway to go IVF. But I urge u to c a doc soon as ur results do indicate a very low AMH esp with ur age.

Yes I know, I'm just devastated. There I was trying to help someone conceive, but now it seems like i'm the one that'll need help :/ I'm currently with someone but even though we've talked about having a family, it wouldn't be for at least another 4 years (I'm just starting medical school). So the news kinda just shattered my world right now. I honestly don't know what to do... I really want to go see a doctor soon but even after I do I don't know what my next step will be. Ugh this is the worst.

Amh is your egg reserves, we are born with all our eggs we will have, yours are very low suggesting possible early menopause
Generally an amh below 1 suggests menopause within 5 years.
I'd be seeing a gyno / fertility specialist ASAP, getting some eggs frozen aswell incase things happen fast and you decide to surrogate later on. (Worst case scenario but good to be covered)
