Question about Kegel exercises

This is my first pregnancy and I just learned about the importance of doing kegel exercises. I work at a desk job so I try to do my exercises whenever I come back from the ladies room. My question is, how long does it take to build strong muscles? How many times a day should I do them and for how long?
 
I've heard just do 10/day. WebMD says 5x10/day. Some say squats are better. You can do too many, btw. You want to have good muscle tone, but not so tight that the muscle becomes inflexible. Gotta push that baby out! No need to be doing them every time you are sitting still. :thumbup:
