Question about milk volumes

Lily is still averaging 60mls each feed with the occassional massive 80ml. She's 3 weeks old and I don't know whether I should be trying to get her to eat a bit more. She was a tiny bit early at 37+1 but has a bit of a wind problem so at night I just don't have the heart to push her to eat more as I can see if causes her pain.

What do people think? Is it for her own good if I try to get her to eat more? She has not lost any weight since coming home and has gained 1lb 4.

Hi hun, u cant push a baby to have more. Prepare a larger feed for night & let her take what she wants. When she's full, she will let u knw

If she hasnt lost weight but gained some then she is doing fine on the amount she is taking and will sone let you know when she is ready for a larger feed (normaly at 3am in the middle of a growth spurt)
