Question about piercings and sections.

Very newly pregnant but would like to have an elective section followed by sterilisation.
I have 15 piercings all together, 14 of which can be easily removed by myself but one is a dermal implant below my right eye/top of my cheekbone.

Does anyone have any experience with this?
What would need to happen?

I don't have any experience with piercings but I do know they won't allow any jewellery in the theatre. I think you'll have to discuss it with your doctor.

What are they made of?

The implant's titanium but I don't know if that's still a big no-no in the off chance something goes wrong.

I asked this as soon as I found out. I was told that I do not need to remove any of my facial piercings as they cover them with tape. I did remove my nipple piercings, as I wanted to give them time to heal so that I can breastfeed x
