Question about possible ovulation

Yesterday I had a sticky but stretchy cloudy discharge and now today it is kind of slick but clear and is more stretchy. Would this be ovulation discharge? I have never paid attention to it before and I thought I wasnt aypposed to ovulate until this weekend, but I dtarted progesterone last month so I am wondering if it is putting me on a 28 day cycle instead of a 32. I am not cramping like I normally do though.
