I baby danced the day before and the day of ovulation I had a slight cramp on the day of ovulation. Why would I have cramps a few days after when my period is still a week and a half away? Has that happened to anyone how has already had a baby?

You could have cramps from implantation, however it could just be that now that you're TTC you're over-aware of your body. I had cramps all last month during my LP, was a day late for AF and then she reared her ugly head. Good luck!

I think I can help. The month of my bfp I had some mid cycle spotting that ended about 5 days before my expected period. I didn't really have cramping but I know from past months that simetimes your body can change things up with no cause and if you are not preggers you should talk to the doc about the cramping to rule out anything serious

Hi
I was reading your signature and see many bfn then after 7 cycles you got a BFP can you give me any tips?

Nothing to worry about i normally get alittle cramping also.

So for tips

1) if you haven't tried them already, order some OPKs- they will help verify that you are ovulating and when. I got a kit with pregnancy tests from Amazon.com for like $5 or $10 these are urine dip tests, so you will need a cup but can order disposable cups from the same place for pretty cheap

2) I tried using some fertility blend tea literally called fertility blend also ordered on amazon.com for like $10

3) Change it up.... we got ourselves into a routine so the month I got pregnant we dtd in the mornings more than evenings and we stopped talking about it.

For me personally, we took a break- as in sex free- the month before I got pregnant and that seemed to help too.. The biggest thing is timing and then learning your body. If you ovulate regularly, try finding ways to distress and stuff because you can time everything right and not get the egg, but it gets worse the more pressure you put on yourself and your partner... Not saying that relaxing or anything will get you pregnant cause that's horseshit. Some will need help and others wont need to try at all, just saying that having a way to decompress and stop thinking about it will help because then you are more able to let your body do its job. And don't be nervous to seek help if you need it. Not everyone can or will get pregnant naturally and that is okay........:flower:
