Question for Admin about Ad Pop-Up

Hello! I was wondering if an administrator or another BnB lady could assist me with pop-ups I keep getting. I don't mean to be a bother, but even after adjusting my internet settings it does not seem to be helping. The ad frequently fills the screen without me pressing on anything; sometimes it only occurs a few times a day, and other times it happens several times a minute while I am navigating the boards. Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe there is still a setting that I can adjust?

I looked up previous inquiries about similar issues and saw that it would be helpful to provide the following information:

- Company/product ad name: Drip Drop Hydration
- Country: US
- Device: MacBook Air
- Browser: Safari
- Screenshot is attached

Thanks for all the information, that is fab!

Is it possible you mouse pointer is hovering over the top banner ad, sometimes the ads will expand if your browser has been pointing on an ad for x many seconds?

Is it just happening on the front page or randomly?

How frequently is the add appearing?

Hey Wobbles!

The ad has been replaced with a new one that has not popped up at all so far. Weird! The Drip Drop ad had been the only one showing up for weeks, and then all of a sudden it's gone. Woo hoo! Are you working magic over there?!

Anyway, I had been darting my mouse around the banner (in case that was the reason), and it was still showing up on all of my boards....but now I guess it is gone! Thank you for responding! I appreciate it! All is well now!

They can be a pain in backside I have to agree with you Details you provided were great though, thank you. They don't always stop so quick when we have disruptive ads so please let me know in the future if you have any more problems.
