Question for Clomid ladies...re the day you pop your pills!

so this is my final lot of clomid, question being...is there a benefit to changing the days i take the clomid? so, at the moment i take on days 2-6 of my cycle. i know there are others who take on 1-5 or 3-7, not sure of the benefit of this though? can anyone shed light? i have tried googling without much success.

I don't the exact answer but I do know that changing the days does make a difference. I think I did read on this site about it somehow.

I' a 2-6 lady, but think it this month doesn't work, going to change to 3-7 next month as I've heard that can have better results. I'm not sure how or why, but I'll give it a shot!

I did days 4-8 although my Dr suggested taking it on day 3-7. I just couldn't because they called with my progesterone test saying that I hadn't ovulated on day 4 so I started it that day. I'm not sure how much of a difference it makes though.

The theory is that 2-6 or 3-7 produces more follicles/eggs but 5-9 produces more mature eggs. I don't think there is an official answer but this is the speculation.
