Question for those with a birthing ball

Our hospital has several birthing balls but it's recommended that you have one of your own in case they aren't available. I am 5'8 and I'm unsure of what size to buy. Many say up to 5'8 get the 65 cm and 5'9 or higher get 75 cm. however, I am finding mixed reviews on this and I'm worried that thr 65 cm will be slightly too low. Is there anyone my height that owns one of these? Or someone shorter who has the 75cm ball? Thanks in advance!

I'm 5 foot 6 and ive bought the 65cm ball when I had ds. It can be blown up quite a lot so if I find I need it a bit higher I just get oh to pump it up a bit more, I like it quite firm tho so this one suits me x

I was just at a physio clinic yesterday and she said a 65cm ball was good for women 5'3-5'8. Any taller than that should get a 75cm ball.

Im 5ft 8 and got a 75cm ball. I had the 65 cm one last pregnancy but my hips were not higher than my knee's. I get on much better with the 75cm ball but its personal opinion xx
