I have taken seven ovulation test in the past week and none have had a single line not even a control line. Did I get a bad batch or am I just not ovulating?

There should ALWAYS be a control line. Definitely a faulty batch.

Are you dipping them in a cup of urine? You are not supposed to get them wet past a certain line, so maybe that could effect it too?

I've been dipping them in a cup for 15 seconds like the directions said.

I bet its a faulty batch then... maybe you can try to get a refund and buy some other ASAP so you dont miss this month! Baby dust!!
