questions about checking cervix help!

Ok...I'm new to checking my. Cervix and just wonder are cramps common or experienced from checking. Cervix?? I've had cramping/back pain for about a wk maybe longer and just wondering if its really from checking my. Cervix???

I'm not sure but I didn't check mine last cycle and had no cramping at all. Thought it was a pregnancy sign. Lol.

Oh I hope i am pregnant don't know yet... Just wasn't sure about cramping...

I dont recall experiencing more or less cramping from checking tbh though it was a few years ago now
