Hello, I am new to the site, I joined as we have been TTC for 20 months no success. We are currently using Letrozole as a stimulant to produce more eggs, otherwise my FS says we are "Unexplained Infertility". My FS did find Stage 1 Endometriosis during exploratory surgery though...but he said it was "minimal". Hmmmm....so my questions are:
1) Does anyone have any success with Letrozole? If so, please share.
2) Can someone please explain to me some of the abbreviations used on this site...I'm not sure what they mean (BFP, etc....I get the FS and TTC...the rest is kinda gray)
Thanks ladies! I'm happy to be on a blog with others who know the frustrations, ups and downs of TTC.
Thanks!!

Welcome! I don't know anything about letrozole (sorry).

But I can help with abbreviations, here are a few to get you started:

LTTTC long term trying to concieve (more than a year)
BD baby dance (sex)
O, OV, O'd, is for ovulation
BFP big fat positive
BFN big fat negative
DH dear husband
OH other half
DP dear partner
AF aunt flow/period
CD cycle day (ex. CD1 is cycle day 1)
DS dear son
DD dear daughter
SA sperm analysis
LP is luteal phase
DPO days past ovulation
DTO days til ovulation

That's a few there are many more, you can always google "ttc acronyms"

Good luck on your journey!

Well Thank you so much! You have made it much much easier for me to understand the "lingo" haha! Cheers!!
