Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. It’s not like a specific diet, I’m using MacroFactor which is a paid app that adjusts your calorie and macro goals weekly based on your food log (so it compensates for if you didn’t follow their recommendation) and your weight change, so each week the calorie goal is adjusted. I set mine to high protein low carb, but not like keto low carb, I still eat bread and rice and stuff, I just prefer to eat slightly higher fat. And I honestly don’t care if I hit my carb or fat goals, I’m just trying to hit my protein goal and stay below/at my calorie goal.
