questions to ask after 2nd miscarriage

Hello Friends,
I am 34 and just had my 2nd miscarriage. 1st in august 2014 at 11 weeks 2nd in march 2015. I dont even know how far along I was. I had no idea I was pregnant. I went to the ER with massive bleeding and told them I was definitely not pregnant because I had regular periods and took a negative pregnancy test right before my last period. I was so shocked i was miscarrying again I forgot to ask how far along i was. It has been a very different experience than the first far more painful and I have the worst headache of my life with terrible nausea, cramping and back pain.

I dont have much information yet. They ER was able to collect samples which may be able to tell us if something genetic is going on. I go to the doctor today. What question should I be ask? What topics should
i start collecting information on?

I am so sorry for your losses. I have had two losses. I had a mmc at 12 weeks (went in for an ultrasound and the baby's heart had stopped) almost 3 years ago and an early miscarriage in June of last year. The first question I really was concerned with was what was the chance of it happening if I got pregnant again. I have 2 kids and am currently 15 weeks pregnant now. My losses happened between the pregnancies that gave me my two beautiful girls. Since I have had two kids the doctor couldn't really give me a reason as to what even caused the losses.

I'm so very sori got your losses. I was 9-12 weeks when I lost my first and like you did not know I was pregnant. I had regular ish cycles and was very young. This does not take away from the pain of a mc. It took along time to come to terms with the emotions and just deal with what actually happene. My second was a cp
I have since had a very healthy beautiful lb and am currently pg with baby no#2.

I wish I had asked about samples and testing after my first mc, but.I was I'm denile for so long I missed the chance. I hope u get some answers from ur Te st s
