mmmm...quiche...i may need to get one

Mmmmmmmm quiche. Got one in the freezer - might get it out and have it hot for lunch!!!

Yeah shop-bought quiche is fine :) I'd probably heat it just to be safe because I'm kind of paranoid about food but there's no reason why it should be a problem to eat cold because it's all cooked properly already.

There is no point whatsoever in heating it then letting it cool. In fact, this might allow more bacteria to breed while it is cooling down. And you might end up eating it at an inbetween temperature which is less safe. The product has already been cooked.

You can eat quiche either hot or cold. It is made of cooked eggs which are fine. If you choose to eat it cold then make sure it has been properly stored in the fridge at 5 degrees.
If you choose to have it hot then make sure it is properly warmed through.

Yep it's fine to eat it cold - it's already cooked, it's not as if it's raw egg you'd be eating :) I love quiche!
