This morning for about an hour before taking my BBT I wasn't sleeping very soundly and had changed positions a few times. Then took my BBT at 6:45am which is when I take it daily. BBT yesterday was 97.2 and today it was 97.5...So because I wasn't sleeping well for about an hour or so before hand and had changed positions a few times. Will that cause the 2nd elevation of my BBT to be false? Did my BBT get skewed this morning due to the above mentioned? How would you ladies judge that? Thanks ahead of time!
