Quiting smoking, anyone with me!

I want to quite smoking, and im serious about it! I was going to quit in the new year but sitting here thinking about it, i thought well why not now!
Not sure on a plan of a attack, anyone with some ideas. Maybe ideas that have worked for you.
I cant go on patches as im allergic to them...ironiclly (sp?)

Anyone else want to be my quiting buddy?

I shall join you! I gave up when I was pregnant, started again when he was a few months, came very close to quitting with Champix but they took me off them, and now I'm back to my old ways. So definitely, will quit on monday with you

WOOHOO lets do it girl
I have been on champix aswell, but ended up having night terrors which then turned into day terrors. I thought i was going mad Came of them straight away. But that made me smoke again!

Have you got a plan?
