Quorn sausages...are they ok to give?!

Might sound silly but are good quality quorn sausages ok to give my little man?! x

I've given them to Liss hun, well just half at a time, no issues. They say to not use quorn as a main source of fat etc as they are so low, but she liked them.

Yep I was going to say as long as youre not using Quorn as his main source of proteins/fat then its fine to let him have little tastes

yep. Chloe loves quorn sandwiches, as others have said as long as its part of a varied diet he'll be fine!

Quorn burgers and sausages have a lot of salt in them so I'd check the packaging 1st
