Such a shame, especially as it was so recently he was "getting better" but I have read that that's sometimes the case before someone passes away, that they get better suddenly before passing.

I met robin in Belfast a few years back, long story but I'm only 29 and did my gcses wearing a beegees one night only jacket! He was on a local tv show and I travelled 3 times to see him. First time he was ill after Maurice died, second time the scheduler got the dates wrong. Third time lucky for me as I go to meet him and have my photo taken. I will cherish that picture. When school friends laughed I just asked how many of their favourite bands would be around in fifty years!
